While Buildernet is the quickest and easiest way to lodge most applications, when a hard copy application is your only alternative, please complete the forms below and return by post or fax.

Building application forms
Complete the appropriate application form and submit with your plan, or plans as required. When we receive your application and plans we will assess them and advise you of the appropriate fees.

Request a quote for work by the Water Corporation
Quoted work may include Raise/Lower Access Chamber, Bench and Channel, Upgrade/Downgrade Water Service etc. If the requested works are in a Central Business District Area, then a quote may be required for work that normally attracts a fixed charge.
Specified service agreements
Specified service agreements will be mandatory for the following customers:
- existing Specified Service Agreement customers
- those with a meter size of 150 mm or greater
- metered (or measured) Industrial Waste customers
- hospitals
- 'High Discharge' customers i.e. properties with or requesting a Water Corporation meter size of 25mm or greater and discharging more than twice the standard discharge for that meter size.
