BuilderNet® is an online system that provides E-Plans and flimsies displaying the location of Water Corporation services or internal plumbing fixtures for most properties.
E-Plans are electronic plans of a particular property showing water mains, sewer mains and sewer junctions.
Flimsies are diagrams showing the location of internal property sewers and plumbing fixtures.
Land Developers, Surveyors, Builders and Real Estate Agents can now access this information over the internet through the Water Corporation's BuilderNet® system.
Standard Water Corporation fees and charges apply for E-Plans and flimsies. For further information, call 131395.
