Water and wastewater services
BuilderNet is an online system for water and wastewater service requests, including:
- new water meters or services (e.g. fire services, temporary services, sub-meters);
- work on an existing water meters or services (e.g. relocations, modifications, disconnections);
- new sewer junctions;
- work on an existing sewer services (e.g. alterations to access chambers, cutting and sealing pipes, installing spigots); and
- sewer conversions for properties to connect main sewers.
Approvals and invoices are sent to your email address, in most cases within a few minutes after being lodged over the internet.
