Expression of Interest in land - controlled by Water Corporation

Water Corporation land assets are located throughout Western Australia.  Enquiries on properties for sale or lease should be directed to the nominated agent.

An 'Expression of Interest' (EOI) form is required as a proposal to use any Water Corporation property.  Upon payment of a processing fee, a Corporate Real Estate Project Manager will investigate your proposal and provide a written response.  Please allow 30 days for your EOI response, as many stakeholders must be consulted.

The Water Corporation is under no obligation to enter into dealing on the subject property based on receipt of your 'Expression of Interest', and any negotiations entered into by the Water Corporation are subject to final executive approval.  Expression of Interest applications are not contractually binding, and may be withdrawn at any time by either party.

The Water Corporation ensures fairness in all its land dealings, particularly where several parties adjoin a piece of land.  In the interests of equity, the Water Corporation reserves the right to advise other parties of the receipt of an EOI application, and involve those parties in any subsequent sale.

The Water Corporation aims to maintain its current land holdings to sustain water, sewer and drainage services for our future and growing communities.
